So you just applied for a job, and what should be exciting probably also feels really stressful. You might be thinking “What do they think of me? How do I compare to everyone else? And wait – did they even get my job application?” I’m here to walk you through the hiring process, let you know what’s going on behind the scenes and give some advice on where you stand every step of the way.

 First, let’s get the big question out of the way. When will you hear back? There’s no clear-cut answer. Sometimes it’s quick, and you might get a response within days. Sometimes, well you might not hear anything for a while. We’ve included a few tips below on how to make your job application stand out, as well as what to do while you wait. Good luck!
