Marion Anderson, Regional Bank Branch Manager: Community Banking is an incredible place to be just for the simple fact that you get to be in so many different situations every single day.

Bharat Kelly, Teller: It provides products and services all the way from your simple checking, savings accounts, all the way up to getting big businesses getting people to where they need to be or where they want to be [Visual: Bharat greets a customer in the branch] and helping people understand their future financial goals.

Marion: My husband is military and so we were stationed in South Carolina and I wanted to go to work but I had little children and so I needed to find a job that kind of worked around his schedule. Back then I really did not have any type of career aspirations because I had just moved here from Germany and a friend of mine told me “I know people that work for Wachovia Bank. I could get you in for an interview. Totally fell in love with banking and that’s how I came to work for Wells Fargo.”

[Marion greets two customers and they shake hands]

Marion: As I really grew in the banking field as a teller, I saw other people in the bank did different jobs and that really was a big turning point for me. Why I knew those are the kind of things I wanted to do. I wanted to become a banker, and I wanted to grow in that field and just really explore all of the different jobs that were around me.

Archana Handa, Personal Banker: I started my journey as a Personal Banker 1 and there have been so many tools provided by the company and every day was an opportunity. I learned if you are hardworking, you are passionate about working with people, helping people, the whole horizon is open at Wells Fargo.

Archana: I call my branch as “United Nations”. We have people from 11 countries and that’s my extended family. The best time of the daytime I spend with them, and we laugh together, we cry together, we support each other.
