Sandy Beltran, Head of EIT strategy, Wells Fargo: Before I started at Wells Fargo, I would have never have really thought that the technology team would be so robust, and that there would be so many cutting edge, innovative, exciting things going on. For example, we’ve got a biometrics work effort that’s underway. We also have some things going on in the artificial intelligence space. Our mobile wallet continues to evolve, I mean everything is mobile these days, right? Enterprise Information Technology is really at the center of everything that we do. We function as one Wells Fargo, but what the different groups do are so unique and provide so many different perspectives and opportunities that it’s really endless. I mean, your career is really what you make of it. I think that there’s a lot of great leaders within Wells Fargo, within the technology space, that mentor people on a regular basis, that want to really see individuals grow and develop. So it’s really a fantastic place to be. And I’d say the sky’s the limit.
