Wells Fargo CSR Committee
Wells Fargo India has constituted Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of the Board of Directors, which shall at all times consist of a minimum of three (3) directors appointed by the Board.
The CSR Committee constituted by the Board of Directors of Wells Fargo India is the governing body that will promote, function, operate and perform all matters related to and/or ancillary with regard to the CSR activities and will ensure compliance with the Policy.
