Coco: My name is Coco Hassan. And my job title is home mortgage consultant. And what I do is help people to achieve their American dream.

We don't work 9:00 to 5:00 first of all, so my day starts when the first customer calls until last customer stop calling. So we basically work on call with our customer's needs. Also on the weekends, evenings, if the client need me, I'll be there meeting them because the housing market is extremely competitive in Bay Area. So we have to do our best to assist our clients.

We work closely with our team of the processors, underwriters, even appraisers, and the funders, and all kinds of supporting team member behind the scene to complete the entire mortgage process from beginning to the finish line.
