Kelli - I think somebody should work at Wells Fargo if they're looking to take their career to the next level and take advantage of the opportunities that are in front of them. We have a wealth of different jobs available, and by jobs I mean different venues in which you can explore your career, your talents, and broaden your experience.

The one advice I'd give you is, show me, don't tell me. If you really want an opportunity at Wells Fargo, show that you can do it, exemplify it, and take part in showing that opportunity.
