[Music playing]

[Visual: The initial image is of Nathalie standing in a hallway with rainbow colored panels on the wall.]

[Visual: A view looking up at the tall Wells Fargo buildings toward the sky transitioning to views of a colorful Charlotte directional sign and a waterfall display.]

[Visual: As Nathalie begins to talk, images of her entering the building are displayed and are toggled with images of her talking to the camera in a conference space.]

Nathalie: People think of financial institutions as competitive environments, fast paced, dynamic. And we definitely do have a dynamic environment. But I think the talent is really what makes it different. Our talent is focused on doing what's right for the customer, but as well as providing an inclusive environment, very family oriented, very patient, and very compassionate. And I think that makes us different.

[Visual: Nathalie walks into an open work space to meet two team members.]

Nathalie: Data management insights at Wells Fargo is really just beginning. We started our journey of transforming the way that we're going to manage and leverage our data in the future. We have teams today that are focused on some of our foundational capabilities, like how do we leverage meta data? And how do we apply data quality?

[Visual: The scene transitions back to Nathalie in the conference space.]

Nathalie: As well as teams that are focused on advanced analytics and how do we use new technology and new trends, like artificial intelligence, to better enable our operations or to better serve our customers? So when you use your card and you get a little fraud message, that's artificial intelligence at its best.

[Visual: A view of the outside of the Wells Fargo building with the Wells Fargo signage.]

Nathalie: I love working at Wells Fargo.

[Visual: Nathalie is walking down a colorfully paneled hallway as other team members walk by.]

Nathalie: And I think this is such an exciting time to be here. If you think about a company that's been around for over 160 years.

[Visual: Nathalie talks to the camera in the conference space.]

Nathalie: I mean given recent events, right, driving some change, whether it's reactive or proactive, being able to be part of that change is so exciting.

[Visual: Nathalie stands in the colorful hallway.]
