Team Member: Wells Fargo does have continuing education opportunities. There are the basic ones, where they provide tuition reimbursement if you so choose to either pursue a bachelor's or master's within your line of business. Wells Fargo actually opens it up to any team members in that line of business, where they will guide you-- nominate you for a program, whether it's the nationally recognized ones or within Wells Fargo, to get accreditations and certificates to help boost your résumé, increase your knowledge, and also help you to apply that to what you're doing currently. One of the programs that's available that I do plan on asking to be a part of, if there's funding, is the Wells Fargo sanctions program.
