Virginia: Hi. I'm Virginia Price. I'm a senior vice president. I've been with Wells Fargo for 23 years and I'm a senior financial advisor.

As a senior financial advisor, I view my job is to build relationships with clients and to help them through the wealth management process, which is to help them with college savings, whether it's retirement or whether it's just building their wealth for their future.

So what wealth investment management is is our ability to integrate not only what we do as financial advisors, but we can also bring in different partnerships within our organization. So for example, I work with a private banking person. I also work with our wealth managers and our portfolio managers. And we really try to integrate a team approach to try to find out what is best in terms of our client's needs.

I think as a woman, we always really look for opportunities and Wells Fargo does allow us to take those opportunities. And as a mother and as a full time worker, that's always a hard thing to balance. And I do feel like Wells does allow us to have that great family balance, which is so important as you are really growing your career and you're trying to establish yourself.
