What Ramon Does

Ramon: One of the things that's really impressed me over the years at Wells Fargo is the spirit of volunteerism. On an annual basis, we are given the opportunity to volunteer as a group, with our co-workers, or to volunteer on our own. And we're given the hours to do that.

And then there are also programs in place where we're able to make charitable contributions. And they make the whole initiative fun. And yet at the same time, we definitely feel like we're doing something good for the community.
