What Sandra Does

Sandra: Our office is incredibly diverse. I love that there's so many people with different backgrounds, cultures. And we're really able to embody all of that and be able to experience that together. And even though we're so different, we actually are very similar.

To really celebrate that diversity, we have a map on our wall right now that displays where everybody is from. There is a name tag around the map and then we connect their names to their origin.

So again, kind of what I was saying, it's very cool to see how different we are, but actually also how similar we are as well.
