Virginia: Well, what I love about working for Wells Fargo is it's a great place to work as a woman because there's just so many opportunities. There's also a lot of diversity among the people here.

Everyone's a hard worker. No one that I've met is not devoted to their job, which I think is just, to me, a fantastic place to work because I feel that I have the same feeling for being a hard worker and being dedicated, and just really making sure that we all do what is right for clients is also very important.
