New Mothers Connect Program, our maternity management program, recognizes the unique need to develop a conducive environment for new mothers who choose to work with us during and after pregnancy. The program provides guidance to expectant mothers and their reporting managers on various conveniences and benefits to ensure a smooth transition before, during or after pregnancy. It provides better confidence while reintegrating into the team post-maternity. |

When women professionals take a career break and are ready to rejoin the workforce, they are faced with certain barriers to entry that prevent or limit them from finding suitable jobs for their skillsets. Glide India, our career continuity program addresses these factors from both sides of the table. The program is designed to help the cohort to refresh their skills through immersive learning and hands-on-work to transition back to full time work. |
Our Women Employee Network supports the women employees unique needs, focusing on eliminating workplace bias, build gender equality, and empowering women. The framework considers to support women’s professional career journey —young professional, professional mother, mid-to-senior management and women in leadership. Our learning interventions include physical safety, emotional wellness, cyber security awareness, parenting sessions for all genders, career intentionality, and Lean In Circles. |

Our Childcare Reimbursement program strengthens our commitment to diversity by offering more inclusive and enhanced support for working parents. This benefit is available to all women employees (and male employees who are single parents) with children below 6 years of age.
