April: I’m a digital marketing consultant with the Employer Branding Team at Wells Fargo and I manage the digital media strategy.

April: My main focus is communicating with candidates and job seekers about what it’s like to work at Wells Fargo, and providing that behind-the-scenes look. We leverage various social and digital platforms to make sure that we are meeting our job seekers where they are and joining the conversations that they are already having to really demonstrate what it’s like to work at Wells Fargo.

April: I feel passionately about people landing in the right place within Wells Fargo and being able to help them do that.

April: Finding that perfect career for yourself is very difficult to do. It takes time and I think it takes an open mind. Having someone to provide that transparent message, that information about the company that’s very important. And to have someone guide you through that process —not just when you start with the company but throughout your career —is extremely important. We want you to have a great experience when you learn about us and when you come onboard and throughout your career.
