Shantae Joseph, Project Coordinator, Strategy & Planning: One of the most daunting feelings as a veteran is I’ve left what I’ve known, whether it be for four years, six years, or 20, and now what?

Shantae: I’m a veteran myself. I come from a family of veterans. I cannot imagine leaving the military and not having an opportunity. I can’t help but wonder, had I found Wells Fargo when I first left the military, how amazing that would have been.

Shantae: There’s no ceiling on the level of success that you can obtain within the organization. My previous career was a paralegal. Now I’m sitting in a project management space.
