Finance Program

 

Be a part of a team that drives our company forward to deliver simple, safe and sound, innovative, and integrated technology products, services, and enterprise governance for our customers, business partners, and team members. You will be placed in one of the key finance groups for in-depth experience in identifying areas of financial risk and mitigating loss to the company.

Finance brings together enterprise functions that drive Wells Fargo's financial management, including accounting and control, financial planning and analysis, line of business finance, asset-liability management, treasury, tax management, and the company's investment portfolios.

What will you do?

Your responsibilities could include, but are not limited to:

  • Effectively working with internal and external stakeholders, lines of business, finance functions, and various partners
  • Working in a fast-paced, highly-collaborative environment to execute on strategic priorities
  • Proactively identifying and resolving compliance matters related to finance
  • Identifying risks and/or gaps through trending analysis and reporting results to stakeholders
  • Building and sustaining relationships with peers, management, and business partners
  • Gaining experience across various financial disciplines

Program structure and desired qualifications include:

  • Full-time analyst program for seniors. Program length is 24 months and rotates between two functional finance groups, which may include: Business Management Office, Commercial Banking Office, Consumer and Small Business Banking Finance, Consumer Lending Finance, Controller's Division, Chief Operating Office & Corporate Functions Finance, Treasury, Corporate Finance, Corporate and Investment Banking Finance, Investment Portfolio, Technology Finance, Wealth & Investment Banking Finance.
  • Summer internship for juniors. Program length is 10 weeks.
  • Open to all majors with a demonstrated interest in financial services, banking, managing data and reporting, data visualization and data analytics.
