Tyler Wyche, Financial Analyst Program Graduate: By going through the program, I knew I wanted to work at Wells Fargo because of the people I got a chance to work with every day.

Tyler: It was a very collaborative environment and it was a great learning experience and great immersion experience that allowed me to really understand financials of a company, corporate structures, how Wells Fargo helps companies complete their tasks and complete their daily objectives. I think what makes me proud about what I do is that I feel like I’m actually helping the economy. When I help create a lending decision for a certain company, I’m one, possibly creating jobs. I’m possibly, you know, building a new manufacturing plant in a certain community for underprivileged individuals. I’m helping the payroll for a certain corporation that allows tens and thousands of people to be paid.

Tyler: Finance was something I was always interested in. The ability to kind of do it at this large scale and this large impact is rewarding for me.
