Jenn: I was just looking for another job – to help pay for school, to pay for expenses. I wasn’t looking for a career. When I started, it changed. I started to actually like what I was doing. It wasn’t a chore for me to get up to go to work. I was excited to go to work.

Jenn: Managers acknowledge when you are doing the job and they sit you aside, coach you, ask you if this is something you’re interested in doing as a career, not just a part-time job.
