Home Preservation Specialist - Impacting Lives
Elizabeth Luna, Home Preservation Specialist, talks about the role Home Preservation Specialist play in helping our customers who are struggling to keep their homes.
The thing that I like most is, I think, assisting customers by helping them save their home or getting them into a more affordable property that they don’t struggle to make their payment. Customer focus is really important because when a customer is going through a hardship and they call us for assistance, that’s how they’re going to remember Wells Fargo. They’re going to remember how we treat them. Our managers are always bringing it up, treat them the way that we want to be treated if we were going through that hardship as well. Every three months we will do a meeting where we say how many homes we saved that month and it’s really rewarding to know, that because I did my job, I helped maybe 30 people stay in their homes. There is a lot of room for growth. You start as a Home Preservation Specialist 1, there is Home Preservation Specialists 2 and 3, and then you can become either a work director or manager. I hope to become a manager and have my own group so I can basically teach them how I became successful.
