The graduate hiring program is a new program for Wells Fargo. We believe that, this talent pool will be very crucial for next stage of growth and we will plan our strategy for next five years. There will be lot of potential to working with leadership teams on cross functional projects like finance, technology, and risk management so on so forth. So I’m really excited that anyone joining the program at this point of time, will have a great career.
