Lauren King, Financial Analyst: I first heard about Wells Fargo because my dad actually used to work for Wells Fargo. He always had great things to say about Wells Fargo. He loved his coworkers, so when I saw that there was an internship program available with Wells Fargo, I jumped on the opportunity.

Lauren: I interned in Palo Alto, California and then ended up accepting a full time offer to return after I graduated in June, 2016.

Justin Guzman: One of the things that really stuck out to me was the finance rotational program.

Justin: Being able to rotate around the bank and to see different areas of the bank to kind of see what my interests aligned with, that was huge for me.

Justin: Coming out of college, I still had some question marks over my head. So being able to explore those different areas, it definitely jumped out to me.

Lauren: When I was in college, I was always in classrooms, always taking notes, taking tests. But as an analyst in Wells Fargo, I’ve been able to meet people from all different lines of businesses, talk with people every day. My managers are always encouraging me to take on new challenges. And if there’s anything that I want to do, I should be able to go for it.

Bobby Zheng, Investment Strategy Analyst: The biggest thing I got from the Wealth and Investment Management Analyst Program was that the connections I was able to make throughout the program spread out across the country, across different lines of business.

Bobby: But we were able to work on a common project together. And we were able to join our leadership calls and travel to different locations to learn about all different business models.

Lauren: Wells Fargo is an amazing place to start and grow your career because of the amazing network of people that you get to meet here.

Lauren: From the start, I’ve been able to meet people from across the country, really maintain that network, and have an amazing group of people to continue to ask questions and build upon. And I really think that having that network is going to be so useful and so wonderful as I continue to grow as an employee and a person.
