Internships

Internships vary from 3-12 months in duration and can take place either during or at the end of your studies, depending on which program you apply for. Our internship programs offer students the experience of working in hands-on roles and provide exposure to the high-paced world of the financial-services industry. You will work closely with experienced team members, gain on-the-job learning and become familiar with Wells Fargo.

We have a solid track record of retaining high-performing interns and offering them permanent positions either after their studies are completed or at the end of the internship.

What experience will I be gaining during the graduate program?

Lasting from 18-36 months, each program offers graduates broad experience within a particular line of business. As a Wells Fargo graduate program participant, you will be involved in real projects with business objectives and a set of goals to achieve. You will also have significant exposure to Wells Fargo senior executives. 

Depending on which program you join, one day you could be interpreting financial statements or meeting clients, and the next you could be learning how to use one of our internal Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
