What to expect during the event

When you arrive at our recruitment center, a member of our team will welcome you. You will check in and complete a short registration process. Once in the queue, you will be asked to update your profile (if you have not done so prior to the event). Once your profile is completed, and your name is called, you will complete a short screening step facilitated by one of our recruiters. If you qualify for one of our roles, you will be asked to take a language assessment to validate your English competency level. Your assessment results will be reviewed immediately and, if you have a passing score, you will interview with a team member for one of our many open positions. If you qualify, an offer will be extended on the spot!

There may be some downtime throughout the day. During this time, we encourage you to speak to members of the team and the other candidates in the recruitment center. Hopefully these people become your future co-workers and peers, and this is a great time to get to know one another. Books, short reading materials or even headsets and earphones to listen to while waiting will help pass the time, as well.

Free Seattle’s Best Coffee meal and beverage when attending the event. Exclusive Wells Fargo merchandise will be given out to all attendees during the Career Launch event.

Please arrive at our Recruitment Center, 1180 Wells Fargo Drive, McKinley Hill, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City, Philippines from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Please prepare for your interview. We will be asking you questions about your experience as it relates to the following required skills for these positions:
  • Highschool Degree Required
  • Must have 1 year of voice customer service experience supporting a US client in a contact center environment
  • Experience with customer survey driven (CSAT) account
  • Above Average English communication skills is expected
  • Ability to work shifting schedules
  • Ability to work during weekends/holidays
  • Ability to work in McKinley Hill, Taguig
