Devon Maletti-Lane, Phone Banker: I get to help out with the new hires. I’m a phone banker too. And I also do banker coaching as well. I take about 50 calls a day and I help our business customers as well as consumer customers. I like being able to help people set their goals.

Devon: A lot of the time I deal with business customers so I really like to help them look at where they might like to be maybe in the next three years, the next five years, helping them set up a plan, helping them find new options for their businesses. It’s just really satisfying knowing that I’m coming in, I’m doing something new every day, dealing with different situations every day and that there’s always a chance to move on and learn something new.
