Overview

Wells Fargo is committed to developing the leaders of tomorrow, and as part of that commitment, we are proud to host two upcoming events for high-performing undergrad candidates from diverse backgrounds. Our Technology In House Diversity Events provide students with the opportunity to connect with one another and network with Wells Fargo leaders — all while providing an introduction to Wells Fargo's culture and the opportunities our programs provide.

• Meet senior management and Wells Fargo professionals from Technology.
• Attend information sessions, panels, and networking events.
• Participate in interviews for our Technology Analyst and Internship Program.

Event Details and Qualifications

Wells Fargo Tech Black and Latinx Classroom to Career Panel:

August 19th, 2021 Virtual

This is an amazing opportunity to hear from a panel of current Wells Fargo employees that have come through our Wells Fargo Technology University Program. They will share their experiences with the program, what they do within Wells Fargo Technology today, and how coming through the university program helped their transition from student to professionals. This will be a fun and engaging hour.

Women in Tech: October 28th – 29th, 2021 Virtual

The Wells Fargo Women in Technology Virtual Forum is an exclusive two-day program designed to encourage and inspire women who have an interest in pursuing a career in Technology. A select group of high-performing students from diverse backgrounds will be invited to participate.

During this virtual forum, you will have the opportunity to learn from successful women in Wells Fargo Technology who will share their expertise and knowledge to help you become a future leader. You will develop an understanding of Wells Fargo’s unique values and culture, which you will experience first-hand in your interactions with highly talented team members. You will have an accelerated opportunity to interview with hiring managers for analyst positions across the Wells Fargo Technology platform.

Forum activities include:

• Consideration for openings in the Analyst Program
• Panel discussions with alumni from the Technology Program
• Professional development workshop around Personal Branding, Team Building and Leadership.
• Seminar on interview preparation
• Networking with Technology Leaders and Program Alumni
• Presentation about Wells Fargo, Technology, and Career Paths

As an attendee at one of the Technology Program In House Events, you also have the opportunity to interview for our Technology Internship and Analyst Program
