Ramon’s Story

Ramon: The reason I would say that Wells Fargo is a great place to work in comparison to other places is, one, because of the opportunities for growth. It's such a big place. There's so many different areas in which one can try out a new role, try out new experiences, try out new projects.

And you can try something completely new out if you want, but if you like something, like communications in my case, you don't have to just do it in one group. There are other departments in which you can do many of the same tasks, but at the same time you can still learn a completely new business and a completely new way of doing things.
