Gabrielle's Story

Gabrielle: One of the ways that we're able to grow at Wells Fargo is we have a learning center. It's an online system. There are 5,000 plus courses that you can take, and you can search them based on competencies, you can search the courses based on your interests or your job, and there's lots of opportunities to take these classes. You don't have to take them on your own time. You can take them during work time. It offers the opportunity to grow and build your career.

You can meet other people through some online classes. Sometimes they're over a live meeting, so you have an opportunity to talk to other people and meet other people. Sometimes they're face to face. So it's a really incredible opportunity to continue to grow professionally and personally.
