Meet Parth Patel, Underwriter, Supply Chain Finance at Wells Fargo

Parth: My name is Parth Patel and I'm currently an underwriter with the Wells Fargo Capital Finance division. And I chose to be at Wells Fargo because the culture is something that I have not seen anywhere else.

Parth: And it is a culture where they truly spend time and resources in developing your needs, your wants,

Parth: At Wells Fargo, I'd say the typical colleagues are individuals that you sometimes want to hang out with outside of the office. Being able to have a group of folks at work that you feel comfortable to associate with internal and

Parth: outside of work just helps overall with your demeanor and your work ethic in the office.

Parth: Wells Fargo spends a lot of time and effort into ensuring that their current team members are happy.

Parth: They want to make sure that the individual understands that the bank is very large and they have opportunities throughout the whole spectrum. And one thing that they have that I have been a part of are certain team member networks that enable individuals to relate to other individuals that might be in the same position as they are. They have Asian-American networks. They have a military background network. And individuals can relate to those organizations and those teams to learn about other parts of the bank and understand where other opportunities could be enlisted.

Parth: Joining Wells Fargo, I want to make sure people understand that as much as they are looking for roles at our bank or any group that I work for, we also are looking for good people to fill that role. The end goal here is to make sure we have the right people in the right places.
