Shadi: My name is Shadi Mubaidin I'm a premier banker with Wells Fargo.

Shadi: I joined Wells Fargo because I believed that it was a company that would allow me the opportunity to work with people

Shadi: and to be part of making a difference in their lives. I work hard on building long-lasting relationships with my clients.

Shadi: Through that process, I get to learn a lot about them, their families, their hopes, their dreams I like to have those connections with individuals because the more than I know about them and what they need, the better I'll be able to help them achieve those things.

Shadi: There are so many opportunities and career paths within Wells Fargo that, really, the sky's the limit for anybody that is wanting to join or already a Wells Fargo team member.

Shadi: There are various training and development programs that one can take part in and through open communication with management and leadership, there are opportunities to shadow with another department or gain experiences that would potentially open a door to a new career path, and I think that that's something that is a huge advantage for Wells Fargo and its employees.

Shadi: If there is one piece of advice that I would give to anybody that was considering joining Wells Fargo, it's to always be open to new experiences, be open to learning new things.

Shadi: There's so many different opportunities available within Wells Fargo that you don't have to lock yourself in one area and that's a huge advantage to anybody that works with Wells Fargo, I think.
