Hear from Vanessa at Wells Fargo

Vanessa: My name is Vanessa Rodriguez. I am a senior vice president and I manage a team of real estate relationship managers.

So I'm excited to come to work in the morning because I like the people I work with. And I generally say we have a variety of seniority levels and age groups but I think everyone genuinely are good people - good at what they do, interested in what they do, and bring value to the table on a number of levels - and so that's exciting.

I think in addition, we work with some of the best clients in the business. And the opportunities they're bringing us, the deals the problems they're asking us to help them solve are complex, challenging, and for those reasons - for me personally - they're interesting. They're not, we're not, in the business of kind of put some numbers in a computer and it spits out an answer and so we really have to work together to solve problems every day for our clients and it involves a lot of partnership.

So for me, the people interaction and the complexity of the content of what I'm doing is very interesting. And it drives me every day to kind of come in and be better than I was yesterday, have a better result for my team, for myself, for the company, and for the client every day.
