Veiongo: Hi, my name is Veiongo Uesi. I am a business online banking specialist representative. My job consists of talking on the phone, basically resolving my customers’ issues, anything that relates to online banking, such as username, password resets and also accounts that are not viewable online.
What gets me excited to come to work in the morning is just the process of it all, for me to gain and learn different type of things within my systems. I like it when things break because I'm always the person who is asking, why? How can we steer away from it? Even though it gets resolved quickly - as soon as possible - it's great to know how things work within my line of business and how we can go ahead and fix it.
We do deal with customers on a day-to-day basis. So it kind of helps me open up my personality, be personal with my customers without being personal, and be personal with my bankers without being personal. I really do love my job. And I just hope that I keep getting all these opportunities, these experiences, just so I can hit my main goal.
