What Lauren Does

Lauren: The management style I've experienced has been pretty hands off - there when you need us, but really able to run with things, which I think is great and really important.

My manager's actually located in Charlotte, North Carolina. So I'll have phone conversations with him periodically. He's always available when I need him. But he lets me run things when I need to. And I kind of try to run that same style with my team. It depends on the level of auditor. If they need a little more assistance, I'll be a little more hands on. But we try to let people run with things and learn on their own.
