Hear from Willie at Wells Fargo
[Music playing]
[Visual: The camera begins with scanning an open ceiling moving into a meeting room with six Wells Fargo team members sitting around a conference table. Willie is speaking to the camera from a conference space. While he talks, images of the team sitting at the conference table are displayed.]
Willie: I really enjoy the work that I do because I can see the change that it's making for the company, the enhancements that we're making to risk management, the connections that we're making with our stakeholders, be it the team members or our shareholders on a continuous basis, just really helping to push Wells Fargo farther into the future and just making sure that we're living our vision, values, and goals.
[Visual: Willie and a coworker enter the building and walk across the lobby area with the camera scanning the area and the glass ceiling. The scene returns to Willie speaking to the camera in the conference space.]
Willie: I really enjoy my work life balance at Wells Fargo. Being that I have two kids, we're always on the go at my house. And just having the ability to take my work on the road with me is definitely a value add to my life, and it makes me also value my work with Wells Fargo.
[Visual: The scene transitions outdoors with Willie and a coworker walking and talking. The camera displays a skyward angle showing a tall building reaching skyward in the background then the surrounding buildings.]
Willie: I would recommend Wells Fargo as a place to grow your career if you're looking for challenging and complex work, you're looking for a collaborative work environment where really you have a big push on talent management and development. So the things that you don't have someone in your team or your manager or in HR will be willing to help you build those skills. But as long as you have a desire to satisfy our customers, then I think that's the most important part.
[Visual: Willie and a coworker converse while sitting in rocking chairs near glass windows. Other coworkers are sitting in rocking chairs in the background. While Willie talks, the scene returns to Willie talking to the camera in the conference space.]
Willie: If you're coming from private practice into Wells Fargo, I think the first thing you should focus on is really learning the company, learn the company, learning our lines of business, and just learning your clients.
[Visual: Willie is standing in the lobby area of the building. The camera pans to his hands as he buttons his suit jacket then to his smiling face.]
Willie: Because once you have a solid understanding of the company, the opportunities are without boundaries.
