Sandra: My name is Sandra Streeter. I'm an underwriter. I'm also known as a credit analyst. I review credit profiles and determine the terms, the rates, the amount financed for the consumers. I am in indirect lending, so I only work with the dealers. We work with over 300 dealerships in our immediate area.

So from a strategic standpoint, our focus is to balance volume, spread, and quality. Every month, we get a volume goal that we have to hit, but we also have to ensure that we have good credit quality on the portfolio and we're getting enough rate so we have a profitable portfolio. And then on a business side, our main focus is customer service - our internal customers, which is our Sales and Ops department, and then our external customers, which is our dealers, and also the consumer itself.

The thing that gets me the most excited is definitely the people that I work with. We're a really great team. Again, we're very different, but we gel together very well. Sometimes you just have your bad days, and at the end of the day, you can fall back on-- I can fall back on my peers. I love my job. I love what I do.

Everything is - even though it's consistently the same - you just decision deal after deal after deal - it's a little bit different every day. There's always something going on. There's always projects that need to be done and again, the managers do a really good job of coming up with new things to really grow you as a professional.
