Lauren: I love the culture about Wells Fargo with giving back to the community. It's a huge push for Wells Fargo. Within Wells Fargo Audit Services, we do something called Making a Difference month. It's the month of June every year, and we coordinate office volunteer activities. Just, as a group, go out and volunteer in the community and give back.

One of the favorite volunteer activities was a coordinated project, Open Hands. It's a local nonprofit here in San Francisco. And a group of us went up there and chopped vegetables, peeled potatoes, and got food ready for people who can't cook for themselves, who are sick, and who get meals delivered for them.
