Wells Fargo India & Philippines is a critical component of Wells Fargo's strategy to leverage distinct advantages in doing business in a global environment. Wells Fargo India & Philippines is primarily an extension of the technology, operations, and corporate support teams of Wells Fargo. It engages in application development and support, testing, other technology functions, international operations, knowledge support, and middle and back-end banking process solutions for a wide spectrum of Wells Fargo's needs. It currently has offices in Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Manila.

In addition to supporting our team members build a long-term career we care about their wellbeing and encourage them to stay active and participate in various social activities. As a part of Fun, Association, Culture, Engagement (FACE), our official employee engagement group, employees actively participate and lead many engagement initiatives across our locations. Various employee interest groups organize events in sports, dancing, photography, music, yoga, art, public speaking and more, throughout the year. We have a culture that is invested in the wellness of our employees and encourages a healthy lifestyle. We offer in-house medical clinics, gyms, memberships to sports facilities and healthy food options, as well as wellbeing events like the annual Runners & Riders 10K.
Wells Fargo has a long-standing tradition of making an impact in the communities that we live in. We support active volunteering, allowing employees time-off to participate in volunteer work of their choice. Additionally, a significant number of our employees participate in the annual company-wide Community Support Campaign, volunteering and partnering with organizations to build homes, teach children, and help educate others about conservation and caring for the environment. Wells Fargo recognizes individual contributions on social impact with the Volunteer of the Year award for those employees who are deeply committed to community service.
